When it comes to hotel amenities, Novotel Salvador Rio Vermelho truly exceeded my expectations. One of the standout features was the room service, which was prompt and efficient, ensuring that my every need was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. In addition, the dry cleaning service was incredibly convenient, as I was able to have my clothes cleaned and pressed with minimal effort on my part.
Another great aspect of this hotel was the 24-hour room service, which allowed me to enjoy a meal or a snack whenever I wanted, even if it was late at night. This was particularly helpful when I returned to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing or exploring, and didn't want to venture out again to find food. The bell staff/porter was also incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting me with a smile and offering to assist with my bags.
Finally, I have to mention the exceptional housekeeping service at Novotel Salvador Rio Vermelho. The cleaning staff worked tirelessly to keep my room spotless and make sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the grocery shopping service was a lifesaver when I needed to stock up on supplies or purchase some snacks for my room. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Bruno at the front desk, were incredibly professional and friendly. They provided excellent advice on what to see and do during our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, situated on a hill with a stunning view over the sea and the city. We also loved that it was close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the breakfast had a variety of delicious options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rio Vermelho. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant bar and restaurant scene. Despite the hill to climb on foot and some construction nearby, the view was exceptional. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, even going above and beyond to help me with a special request for my computer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, as it provided a pleasant and comfortable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a rooftop pool that was perfect for the hot weather. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including an omelette station, and the staff were friendly and spoke great English.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with comfortable beds and a clean room. The view from both the lobby and the room's balcony was amazing. The pool area at the top of the building provided a breathtaking view of the city, especially during sunset. The hotel also offered complimentary caipirinhas and a non-alcoholic drink during this time. The staff provided fast service when the TV needed maintenance and the room service was excellent. Additionally, the hotel provided a convenient golf-car transportation service.
